Cancellation & No Show Policy

As of Monday 20th July 2021 we will be implementing a ‘no show’ and ‘cancellation’ policy. This is to cover your missed appointment and must be paid before your next appointment can be booked. We understand things happen, but unfortunately we will be strictly enforcing this.

NO SHOW - If you don’t show - 100% of your total service must be paid.

​

CANCELLATION - if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment - 50% of your total service must be paid.

Are no longer required in the salon but if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask that is perfectly fine.

The same as we have been since COVID-19 started.

Thoroughly cleaning each station between clients, professional deep clean weekly, disinfecting all tools between clients and ensuring we do everything within our ability to maintain a clean, safe space.

I want to purchase a gift voucher for someone but don't live locally.
No worries at all! We can take your details over the phone and attach the gift voucher to the recipients client profile. If you would like we post the voucher to them.
